Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 October 2026 · Türkçe sürüm
The terms for using sitetr.com. By using the service you accept these terms.
1. What the service is
SiteTR performs technical SEO audits of your websites, turns findings into prioritized fix plans, and exposes those capabilities through a dashboard and an MCP server for your AI assistants.
2. Account and responsibilities
You confirm your account details are accurate and that you won't share your credentials. You're responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Use the service only on sites you own or are authorized to scan. Prohibited:
- Scanning or auditing sites you don't own without permission.
- Using the service unlawfully or in violation of third-party rights.
- Trying to disrupt the service, create excessive load, or bypass access controls.
4. Subscriptions and billing
The service is sold as flat monthly subscriptions; plan limits are on the pricing page. Solo includes a 14-day free trial — nothing is charged when it ends. Payments run through our payment provider. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and take effect at the end of your current period.
5. Beta and MCP usage
The MCP server and new features may be provided “as is”; by using them you consent to your findings being used to improve them.
6. Intellectual property
The SiteTR name, interface, scoring methods, and reports belong to us. Your site data belongs to you; on account closure it is deleted or made available for export.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”; we don't promise uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes (rankings, traffic). Our total liability arising from the service is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
8. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may cancel anytime; the service stays available until the end of your period.
9. Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the current version lives on this page. Turkish law governs, with the courts of [JURISDICTION — fill in] having jurisdiction. Questions: [DATA CONTROLLER EMAIL].
